New and existing clients can easily request appointments, pay for their session, and change appointment times though the patient portal.
1. Fees are due at the time of service.
2. Payment via invoice is due at the time of service.
3. Life Renewed Counseling, LLC will not file with your insurance company but will supply each client with all paperwork necessary for submitting to insurance for reimbursement. Clients wishing to do this will need to request paperwork as needed.
4. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all sessions. Sessions not cancelled with more than 24-hour notice will be charged the full session fee, as this does not allow the clinician enough time to fill that spot with another client.
5. Invoices not paid will effect your ability to make another appointment.
6. Repeatedly not paying for appointments will result in termination of care.
